Investigator Surveillance Training Academy hires quailfied Surveillance Training Instructors (as independent contractors)throughout Canada and the U.S. for the on-the-road part of the course. Candidates require a minimum of 5 years of full time mobile surveillance experience, and preferably, are still active in Private Investigations or Law Enforcement. CCTV monitoring and security guard employment do not qualify for these positions.

Income is $ 50.00 (Canadian $) per hour paid to Independent Contractors. Per day rates vary from $ 300.00 (Canadian $) to $ 900.00.

As an independent contractor you are provided with a suggested training curriculum, but are expected to modify the training to suit the geographical area in which the training is provided. (ie training in a small town will NOT include how and when to access underground parking facilities. )

If you are not contacted after applying, if qualified you will still be placed on our roster of available instructors. Instructors are also referred to Individuals or Companies who have purchased Course licences, and who are unable to teach the course themselves.
