Surveillance Techniques for the Successful Investigator

The course was first developed in 2012.  Two investigators who were having significant difficulty entering the industry came to me separately, seeking employment with my investigations agency.  Neither had any surveillance experience whatsoever.  I simply refused to hire them.  I eventually relented and agreed to train them for free, as both were desperate to enter the industry.

I offered to demonstrate to them how to conduct surveillance, on the condition that they make notes on what I had taught them, then practice conducting surveillance over a 2 or 3 week period.   So successful was the impromptu ‘ course ‘ that I hired them both, then went on to develop the course, and to eliminate ‘tire kickers’ , only offered it on a Pay for Training Basis, and have since personally trained hundreds of new investigators, most of whom obtained employment within days of completing the course.
